Ana Rita Pires Presents @ International Conference “Pathways to Juvenile Delinquency” 2024

Ana Rita Pires, MSc, a member of the “Há Margem” Project team and a clinical and health psychologist, presented her oral communication titled “From Victim to Aggressor: The Complex Link between Poly-victimization and Delinquent Behavior in Youth” at the International Conference “Pathways to Juvenile Delinquency” 2024.

The conference, organized by the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto and the Center of Interdisciplinary Research in Justice (CIJ), served as a critical platform to discuss the complexities of juvenile delinquency. Ana Rita’s presentation highlighted the intricate relationship between experiences of poly-victimization and subsequent delinquent behavior among youth, fostering a rich exchange of insights among participants.
